By accessing this website and participating in any Renew Point LLC programs, including Men’s Reset, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Renew Point provides coaching, education, and personal development services.

These services are:

●      Not therapy

●      Not medical treatment

●      Not a substitute for licensed mental health care

Participation is voluntary and intended for personal growth and development.

2. Eligibility

You must:

●      Be at least 18 years old

●      Be able to participate in services conducted in English

●      Ensure participation is permitted in your location

3. Program Participation

By enrolling in any program:

●      You agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and participants

●      You understand results are not guaranteed

●      You accept responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes

Renew Point reserves the right to remove participants for:

●      Disruptive behavior

●      Harassment

●      Violation of program guidelines

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe.

●      Payments are due in full at the time of registration

●      All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in Renew Point programs are owned by Renew Point LLC.

You may not:

●      Copy

●      Share

●      Distribute

●      Reproduce

any materials without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We encourage a respectful and confidential environment. However:

●      We cannot guarantee confidentiality in group settings

●      Participants are responsible for what they choose to share

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree:

●      You are responsible for your own actions and decisions

●      Renew Point is not liable for outcomes resulting from participation

●      Services are provided “as is” without guarantees

8. International Use

Renew Point operates from the United States.

By participating:

●      You agree to U.S.-based service delivery

●      You are responsible for compliance with your local laws

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
